At Novélle, we strive for complete satisfaction with your order. However, if you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Have original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Cancelling an Order
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is not always possible to cancel an order after it has been placed and before it has been shipped.

Exchanges
Would you like to receive a different size or another item? You can return the original item according to our return policy and then place a new order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, the purchase amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may have additional processing time.
