We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags
- In its original packaging
- With proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Info@novelleofficial.nl so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original order and place a new one.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.
Items must be returned in their original condition, as stated above.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
